By accessing or using the Sow a Seed Generational Wealth Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Program.

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program. By registering and using the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Sow a Seed Generational Wealth Program is a one-time fee, community-based platform designed to assist individuals in planning for and managing their generational wealth. The Program utilizes an automated system (ABS) to streamline inheritance planning, asset management tracking, educational resources. This is not financial advice, and participation does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

Participation in the Program requires a one-time, non-refundable fee of $2,000. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

You agree not to use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, any activity that:

 Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

 Is fraudulent or deceptive.

 Involves the promotion of criminal activity, including money laundering or tax evasion.

 Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

 Attempts to circumvent or manipulate the Program's automated systems.

 Shares your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary by Sow a Seed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to losses related to investment decisions, inheritance disputes, or legal actions.

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide financial or legal advice. Any use of the Program's tools and resources is at your own risk.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina/Jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Program website. Your continued use of the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sow a Seed regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
